Enrolment Information

Dalyellup College is a local intake school and has a designated geographical area from which enrolments are taken (please see map below.) 

 

If you reside within these boundaries, please follow the enrolment steps below:

Complete Part A – Application for Enrolment and Part B – Enrolment Form and return via email to dalyellup.college@education.wa.edu.au or return the completed forms to the Administration office.

If you live outside of Dalyellup College’s local intake area, please follow the steps below:

Complete Part A – Application for Enrolment ONLY and return via email to dalyellup.college@education.wa.edu.au or return the completed forms to the Administration office. The College will notify you of the outcome of your application as soon as possible.

All Applications for Enrolment must be accompanied by the following supporting documents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Current immunisation record
  • Proof of address
  • Any relevant court orders
  • Visa documents (if required)
